I started triathlons in 2005. My athletic background was in running and swimming. My first 1st place was during my second season- Dunedin Sprint Triathlon in 2006, followed by 7 other Top 3 wins that season, as well as many others in the 07 Season. Recently I placed 1st Age Group 50-54 at Dunedin Triathlon June 2017 1:08:44Since 2012 I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back from the enjoyment of healthy training and competition-creating a clear path to self awareness and confidence.
